As a woman traveling alone, I loved the convenient and comfortable facilities at the hotel. The bed was comfy, the wifi was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel provides a pyjama and towel, and they even have washing machines and dryers available. The highlight for me was the Onsen experience, which was so relaxing that I didn't want to leave. The sleeping room was surprisingly quiet, with no snoring and no talking allowed. it was a really nice experience.
I felt most welcome at the hotel and had nothing to complain about.

The room was unexpectedly spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and they provided noise-cancelling earphones, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect - close to public transportation and within walking distance of all the attractions.
The limited hours for using the spa and public bath facilities was a disappointment, especially for female guests. Additionally, the lack of variety on the capsule television was a bit disappointing.

The pods were clean and spacious, equipped with a TV, headphones, power point, and USB. the location of the hotel was great, very conveniently close to a train station. the lobby had a room with recliner seats where you could relax or wait comfortably.
One disappointing aspect was the limited shower access for men. the onsen was only available for men from 6 pm to 9 am, which made it inconvenient for those visiting during the Rugby World Cup.

I recently stayed at a capsule hotel in Yokohama and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The location was perfect, making it easy for me to access the blue line and both Yokohama stations. The facility was very clean and had everything I needed, from a comfortable bed and noise-cancelling earphones to a TV and charging station. I also appreciated the provided locker and the generous spread at the breakfast buffet. The staff were accommodating and the lounge area was a nice place to relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel for solo travelers like myself!

I recently stayed at the Spa & Capsule Hotel Grandpark-Inn for a business trip and it was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and elegant, and even though it is a "capsule hotel," it offered all the comforts of a normal quality hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of all areas was impeccable. The breakfast served was amazing, and the little semi bathroom/washing room/onsen was a great relaxation feature. I would definitely stay here again if traveling alone.
Would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable for a relaxing night. The staff was friendly and willing to assist us even though we didn't speak the local language. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main train station.
The temperature inside the hotel was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to enjoy the stay. The shower room was small and lacked sufficient space to keep personal belongings.
